1 The controller of your personal data within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016. 2 Your personal data will be processed by the Administrator, in particular for the following purposes:
to enable contact with the Administrator via contact forms,

Article 6(1)(c) and Article 9(2)(b) of the RODO - in the case of processing in order to comply with a legal obligation;
Article 6(1)(a) and Article 9(2)(a) of the RODO - in the case of processing based on consent;
Article 6(1)(b) of the RODO - where data is processed for the performance of a contract;
(4) The data will not be communicated to third parties, with the exception of entities acting under contract with the Administrator and providing IT services, but only for the purpose and to the extent necessary for the aforementioned purposes.

b) The right to request the rectification of your personal data, based on Article 16 of the RODO;
c) The right to request the erasure of your personal data, based on Article 17 of the DPA;
d) The right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data, based on Article 18 of the DPA;
e) The right to portability of your personal data, based on Article 20 of the RODO;
(f) The right to object to the processing of your personal data, based on Article 21 RODO.
(8) In cases where your personal data is processed on the basis of your consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. Such withdrawal shall not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
(9) You have the right to lodge a complaint about the processing of your personal data which does not comply with the RODO to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (00-193 Warsaw, ul. Stawki 2).
